Your Therapy is a highly specialized and customized process that consists of four phases

During this free, 15 minute phone call our trained healthcare provider will:

• Review your medical history and any health issues or concerns you may have
• Discuss your health goals
• Make certain you have no conditions that would preclude you from being eligible for treatment
• Answer any questions you may have about hormone replacement therapy

Blood analysis is the foundation for hormone replacement therapy. Doctors understand your current hormone levels and then determine the specific medications as well as the optimal dosages needed to get your body to “optimal.” It is not a one size fits all  program.  

• Review of most recent physical exam performed by your local provider
• Review of your medical and family history
• Discussion and explanation of your lab results
• Discussion and explanation of any  hormone deficiencies
• Recommendations for medications and vitamins or amino acid supplementation. 

Your hormone replacement therapy program is designed by  your personal goals and medical needs. The program you choose to undertake is entirely your decision and can be discussed in detail during your consultation.

All medications will be sent directly to your home. Leave it to us to negotiate competitive pricing from pharmacies. 

A comprehensive hormone replacement program requires diligent monitoring.  Adjustments to your hormones and nutritional therapies may be needed as we see a balancing and optimizing of your hormones. Regular lab work is therefore necessary so that we can analyze your levels and your program accordingly. Ongoing communication during your program and treatment is strongly encouraged.

 HormoneUp offers Concierge Medical Services to patients to help them stay on top of their wellness journey and HRT program. The Concierge Medical Services are available for a set annual fee—also billable on a monthly basis through ACH from your bank—and include:

• Unlimited follow up questions via text
• Personalized  treatment management
• Scheduled program discussions via telephone and patient portal
• Prescriptions for medications and supplies
• Scheduling of follow-up lab tests and review

Blood draws, laboratory fees, medications are included in the annual Concierge Medicine Service fee.

Once a year, a comprehensive program review and a physical exam sent to us by your primary provider will be required. This will be an additional, one-time annual fee That includes lab work And consultation to monitor progress.
